It is a great looking property located in 16th Arrondissement district close to centre of Paris, and the metro station and many restaurants nearby. Competent staff from the cleaners to the receptionists, everything is immaculate.

The room we had was functional, and complete with comfortable bed, open shower, for example. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from a 2-tier stadium was excellent. Moreover, the area was good.

Breakfast offered a good variety, with tasty options including fresh orange juice and quality coffee. Complimentary beverages available throughout the day were a nice touch. The room had limited storage space, which could be a hassle for longer stays. The blackout curtains were either missing or damaged, letting in too much light. While the staff was helpful, they sometimes seemed overwhelmed during busy breakfast hours, leading to a bit of confusion. I enjoyed my stay but would suggest improvements in room amenities.

I can't believe how cramped the room was! There was barely any storage space, impossible to organize our luggage. The shower had a terrible sewer smell that lingered every time we used it. To top it all, the noise from the outside was unbearable, disrupting our sleep every night!
